When the subscription is completed, the first payment is an online payment and based on the number of days remaining in the month in question. If your payment has succeeded, your subscription will be effective immediately.
We will use the bank account that you use to make the first payment (e-mandate), as the account from which it collects the monthly subscription fee payments via automatic debit collection.
If the payment can not be collected from your account, you will receive a payment reminder with instructions. If we still do not receive any payments, your Pathé Unlimited (Gold) subscription will be immediately blocked. You cannot visit our theatres in the meantime. When we do receive the payment, your subscription will be reactivated within 2 hours.
If we do not receive any payments, not even after multiple reminders (35 days after the invoice date), the invoice will be passed on to a debt collection agency. In addition to the subscription fees you pay an extra € 40,00 for administration costs. If you’ve paid the payment to the collection agency, the subscription will be activated again within 10 working days.
